Having regard to the admitted position that the petitioner was a Panchayat Teacher and that her services were terminated on 18.5.2015 under the order of the Mukhiya and Panchayat Sachiv and that Bihar Panchayat Teachers Appointment Rules, 2006/2012 does provide a statutory alternative remedy by way of appeal before the competent District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, this writ application is not maintainable. Patna High Court CWJC No.15621 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to move the competent District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority.
This application is, accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
