The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 420 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner was the identifier of the fictitious sale deed executed in respect of land of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is merely identifier of the land and he has not even purchased the same. The matter is of civil nature. Petitioner has claimed clean antecedent and he is in custody since 26.7.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
