JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2016 No one appears for the petitioner, presumably on account of the death of the Advocate-on-record of the case. A show cause is filed on behalf of opposite party No.4 by the State Counsel, in which it is stated that an amount of Rs.2,23,626/- as claimed by the petitioner has already been paid to him and for the said purpose Annexures- A and B have been brought on the record. Annexure-B is the letter written by the petitioner in which the petitioner has admitted that he has received the said amount by cheque No.079251 dated 18.09.2014.` In the above circumstances, the contempt application is disposed of.
