The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S.case No.1021 of 2018 dated 8.9.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 341, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he sold the vehicle to the informant at the cost of Rs.6.65 lac without informing that there was insttalment dues .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has informed the informant about the same but in spite of that the present case has been filed and he was earlier

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41455 of 2019(7) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 granted provisional bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 5.7.2019. He is in custody for five months. Charge sheet has been submitted and he is ready to co-operate in the investigation.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the Zenith Pvt. Ltd., who has submitted that 22 installments of the payment were due against the petitioner..

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that provisional bail was granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 5.7.2019, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S.Case No.1021 of 2018 with condition that he will co-operate in the disposal of the case and appear as and when required. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
