The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No. 89C2 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Drugs Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

It is alleged in the written report that 33.651 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from behind the house of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 9.6.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42268 of 2019(2) dt.12-07-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IInd-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai, in connection with Excise Case No. 89C-2 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
