The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.R. No. 598 of 2021 arising out of Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is not named in the first information report. His name has transpired in the present case merely on the confessional statement of co-accused Yuvraj Kumar. There is no recovery of any incriminating articles from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He is a man of clean antecedent.

No. 598 of 2021 arising out of Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
