The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Some other co-accused, allegedly, kidnapped to Anupriya Kumari, aged about 16 years. Allegation against the petitioner and others is that they had helped in the kidnapping aforesaid.
Submission of the petitioner is that the matter is of love-affairs and similarly situated co-accused Saddam Hussain and others have been allowed anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 3095 of 2017.

No.5386 of 2017 (4) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, East Champaran at Motihari/Successor Court in connection with Madhuban Police Station Case No. 192 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
