The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 8(c), 20(B)(ii) (c), 27(A) and 29 of the NDPS Act and sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, 59 kgs of ganja, arms and ammunitions were recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession or from his house. The house in question belongs to the joint family. The petitioner is in custody since 25.7.2021 and has no criminal antecedent.
