The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 648/2016 instituted for the offence under sections 341, 323, 504, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against petitioner no.2 that he has assaulted the informant with lathi, causing injury in his finger. There is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioner no.1. The injury report of the informant has been annexed as Annexure-4 wherein the doctor has found abrasion on

From the written report itself, it appears that there is land dispute between the parties.

Learned counsel for the informant has appeared and opposed prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 648/2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
