2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36412 of 2016.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier been granted provisional bail by order of this Court dated 16.09.2016 which was later confirmed on 23.11.2016. Due to bonafide gap of communication she could not learn about the aforesaid orders passed and hence could not surrender before the court below and furnish her bail bonds within the stipulated time granted by order dated 16.09.2016. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a lady of clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, the time

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5472 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 granted for surrender and furnishing bail bond before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 16.09.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 36412 of 2016 is extended by a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
