2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 188 , 353 , 447, 379, 420, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner along with other co-accused persons committed theft of crops, which were to be auctioned, as per order of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate , Lakhisarai and also attempted to breach the law and order.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM 1st Lakhisarai in Piri Bazar Police Station Case No. 179 of 2023 .
