2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the order dated 27.02.2017 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 410 of 2015.

3. From the reading of the FIR and other materials available on record, it appears that prima facie, offences are made out against the petitioner for taking cognizance.
