Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence, a typographical error has crept into the bail application in Cr. Misc. No. 14741 of 2023 where order dated 24.05.2023 was passed allowing the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail. Due to the typographical error in the main petition, the court in which the trial is pending was mentioned as learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV, Patna whereas it is pending before the District and Sessions Judge, Patna. The other details insofar as Special Case No. 179(A) of 2021 and Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 591 of 2021 is concerned,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49849 of 2023(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 remains the same.

In the order dated 24.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14741 of 2023 granting bail, let learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV, Patna be read as learned District and Sessions Judge, Patna in order dated.

The order stands modified accordingly.

In view of the modification, the petitioner is allowed four weeks' further time for surrendering and furnishing bail bond.
