The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 170 of 2019 arising out of Suiya P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is step mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 26.1.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45247 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Banka, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 170 of 2019 arising out of Suiya P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
