====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 16-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the informant and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Kaanti P.S. Case No. 200 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 379, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence petitioner along with other accused persons attacked on brother of the informant. It is further alleged that co-accused Sushil Mandal fired from pistol from very close range on his head, on account of which, he died on the spot. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kaanti P.S. Case No. 200 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
