JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 140C of 2015 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 28.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11444 of 2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7784 of 2017 (2) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Complaint Case No. 140C of 2015 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
