The grievance of the petitioner is that the Tender Notice No.01 of 2015-16 issued by the Chief Councillor, Nagar Parishad, Daudnagar in the district of Aurangabad is not lop sided and it does not cater to all the wards. The petitioner happens to be the Ward Councillor of Ward No.6 and instead of taking recourse to the remedy provided under the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 for satisfying her grievance she has straightaway moved this Court. The writ petition is disposed of.
