1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.
2. The petitioner, being aggrieved by order dated 27.04.2012, passed by Presiding Officer, District Teachers Appellate Authority, Siwan, by which the Presiding Officer rejected the claim of the petitioner to be appointed as Panchayat Teacher, directly approached this Court, without approaching the State Appellate Authority.
3. In view of the nature of dispute, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the State Appellate Authority, by filing an appeal, against the order passed by Presiding Officer, District Appellate Authority, Siwan.

4. It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the State Appellate Authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law.
5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ application is disposed.
