The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 36 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is no specific allegation against her. Further submission is that husband of the deceased is already in custody. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
