This Court on perusal of the materials on record including the impugned order of transfer of the petitioner dated 13.06.2013, does not find any violation of the Rule in the impugned order passed by the Director of Agriculture, Bihar in respect of the petitioner holding the post of Peon to be without jurisdiction.

That being so, this application is wholly misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
