The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017 registered under Sections 498A/406/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. No specific allegation of overt act has been attributed against the petitioner. Further submission is that earlier Matrimonial Case had also been filed by the petitioner for dissolution of the marriage, which is pending in the Family Court.
