In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No.362 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42126 of 2019(5) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 The police has raided a godown from where huge quantity of the liquor has been recovered and one person has been arrested, who has disclosed the name of the petitioners and others.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order preferably on the same day without being influenced by the order of this Court.
