Patna High Court LPA No.1733 of 2016 dt.11-12-2017 2/2 learned Writ Court has examined the issue in detail, gone through the expert opinion and has refused to interfere into the matter finding the Board to have taken action after referring the matter to the experts and following the guidelines with regard to the preparation of the model answers and valuation of the O.M.R. Sheets.
