2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada Cyber P.S. Case No. 20/ 2025 dated 08.02.2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 303(2), 318(4), 319(2) and 336(3) of the BNS.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the allegations made in the FIR are totally vague and self contradictory as initially the informant alleged that he transferred a sum of Rs. 75,750/- through his Phone Pe business ID to the petitioner as the petitioner's Adhar ID was not properly working at that time and on the other hand the informant himself accepted that the petitioner repaid Rs.

No.44272 of 2025(2) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 10,000/- and 20,000/- through two different transactions on informant's phone, however, the petitioner has suffered a lot and he has been languishing in jail since 08.02.2025, though, against him there are criminal antecedents of two cases, which were lodged in the year 2021, but he is on bail in both the said cases.

4. The learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly the custody period of the petitioner as well as completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to grant the relief of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Nawada Cyber P.S. Case No. 20/ 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
