2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 338, 336(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on the alleged date of occurrence during vehicle checking, the police personnel tried to stop two motorcycles but the drivers of the said vehicles tried to flee away but they were caught hold with the said stolen motorcycles. When they were asked to produce papers regarding the said vehicles bearing Reg. No. BR1BH1163 and BR25H9391, they did not produce any valid paper regarding the same. On verification, it was found that the above said vehicles
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43453 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/3 were registered in the name of other persons and the same were used by the petitioner and co-accused persons by changing its number plate.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that two persons were apprehended along with the two motorcycles. It is submitted that the said motorcycles were used by changing the registration number. It is submitted that on verification, the apprehended persons disclosed that motorcycles bearing Reg. No. BR1BH1163 and BR25H9391 belongs to the petitioner and one Kamla Singh. It is also submitted that the said motorcycles doesn't belong to the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the said motorcycles. It is further submitted that there is no material against the petitioner to connect with the said seized motorcycles. Lastly, it has been submitted that he has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of

Case No. 40 of 2025, he shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jehanabad, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of B.N.S.S..
