Petitioners happen to be mother-in-law and gotni of the deceased Amrita Devi. The husband of the deceased is under custody and her father-in-law and brother-in-law have already been granted bail. Accordingly, petitioners namely Tetri Devi and Daywa Devi @ Daya Devi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional
