The petitioner seeks bail in Dinara P.S. Case No. 452 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413, 414 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that recovery of Motorcycle has been made from the house of Dhanu Rajak. He disclosed the name of petitioner and other co-accused namely, Luvkush Kumar. He further submits that Luvkush Kumar has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.6.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 39243 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 13.3.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.
