BBL/HR/D & EM/11/835/2020-21 dated 16.03.2022 (Annexure-3) issued by the Head (Discipline & Ethics Management), Bandhan Bank Limited, Kolkata relating to dereliction of duty while

Patna High Court CWJC No.11915 of 2022(3) dt.12-12-2023 2/3 working as Area In-charge, Patna Branch, Bandhan Bank Limited, Patna.

(ii) For quashing the order dated 31.03.2022 passed vide Memo No.

BBL/HR/D & EM/11/901/2020-21 (Annexure-7) by the Head (Discipline & Ethics Management), Bandhan Bank Limited, Kolkata whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been communicated the decision of the Disciplinary Committee with the punishment of termination from services of the Bank with immediate effect.

(iii) For quashing the order dated decision of the Appellate Committee dated 28.06.2022 issued vide Reference No.

BBL/HR/D & EM/19/278/2022-23 (Annexure-9) communicated by the Head (Discipline & Ethics Management), Bandhan Bank Limited, Kolkata whereby and whereunder the Appeal filed by the petitioner for revocation of punishment order and reinstatement into service has been rejected.

(iv) For direction to the respondents concerned to reinstate the petitioner back into service all consequential benefits."

The learned senior counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11915 of 2022(3) dt.12-12-2023 3/3 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the learned Labour Court for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
