2. The present petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Party Nos. 2 to 4 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Danapur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1514 of 2023 under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.

3. It appears that the petitioner without approaching the concerned court who has granted bail to the Opposite Party Nos. 2 to 4 has directly approached this Hon'ble Court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to move before the concerned court for cancellation of bail bond of the Opposite Party Nos. 2 to 4.

5. Permission is accorded.

6. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition stands disposed of.
