JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 27-03-2017 Ventilating a grievance with regard to contract appointment, payment of remuneration and other service conditions of the contract employees, petitioner claiming to be an Advocate and public spirited person has filed this petition in public interest.

Keeping in view the nature of the grievance made by the petitioner and considering the fact that the government has already taken a decision and passed a resolution in the matter of granting benefit to the contract employees now in this petition by

Patna High Court CWJC No.16060 of 2016 (02) dt.27-03-2017 - 2 - the petitioner, who is an Advocate, we are not inclined to go into the various aspects of the matter. It is for the employees concerned, who may be aggrieved by the act of the State Government, to ventilate the grievance.

Accordingly, finding no case for interference, we dispose of the matter.
