Petitioner is accused in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019 registered under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that the victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. (Annexure-2), clearly stated that she was taken to Patna, Mumbai and thereafter Motihari, but she did not raise any objection anywhere. She has further stated that no one has committed any wrong with her. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2019.
