The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 101/2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 326(A), 504, 506 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioners is of raising objection against the informant on his getting a house constructed on the land of his father-in-law. He is

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that because of dispute over the land on which construction was allegedly being carried out, the petitioners have been made accused in this case. Apart from their being named in the F.I.R., no overt act has been alleged against them. So far as the accusation of throwing acid on the informant is concerned, it is on the other accused persons. The informant has chosen to implicate all the members of the family including the petitioners, who are females. The injuries suffered by the informant and others are stated to be simple in nature.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in
