Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that four unknown persons came and on the point of pistol snatched away Rs. 2500/- from the packet of the informant, started assaulting him and also tried to snatch the mobile. It is also alleged that miscreants fired from their pistol which hit on chest of informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent, not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the name of the petitioner has come in this case on the confessional statement of co-accused Rishi Kumar. He submits that nothing incriminating articles has been recovered from the possession of

He further submits that petitioner bears no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 24.06.2020. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 173 of 2020, GR No. 2317 of 2020. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
