Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 479 of 2016 registered under Sections409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not communicated about the direction as she was not posted under Jagdishpur Block at the relevant time. On receiving instructions, petitioner submitted the relevant folder to the Block Education Officer for forwarding it to the Vigilance for enquiry, which is evident from Annexure-2. No.7823 of 2017 (2) dt.27-02-2017 2/2 surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 479 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
