Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 479 of 2016 registered under Sections409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not communicated about the direction as she was not posted under Jagdishpur Block at the relevant time. On receiving instructions, petitioner submitted the relevant folder to the Block Education Officer for forwarding it to the Vigilance for enquiry, which is evident from Annexure-2. Case No. 479 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
