To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the Collector, Jehanabad to adjudicate and issue an appropriate order on the petitioner's representations dated 27-03-2023 and 01-042023, by which, the petitioner has sought action against Smt. Kaushalya Kumari, the Circle Officer of Ratni Faridpur, District Jehanabad, and Shri Lalan Kumar, Circle Inspector, for allegedly mutating the name of private respondent no.4 in the petitioner's property records in exchange for a

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order of mutation, passed by the Circle Officer, Ratni Faridpur, District-Jehanabad, illegally and on the basis of forged documents, in favour of the son of the petitioner i.e. the private Respondent No. 4, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
