2. In terms of the order dated 01.03.2017, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3 has filed 3rd supplementary show cause. Learned counsel also handed over cheque of Rs. 75,527/- in favour of the petitioner to learned counsel for the petitioner in Court which has been received by him.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the Court finds that the judgment dated 05.01.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6983 of 2010, has been complied with.
