That this is an application for issuance a writ of mandamus directing the respond no. 1 and 2 to set up a high level enquiry against the then D.C.L.R. Lakhisarai namely Sri Neeraj Kumar, Lakhisarai, and against other erring employees including the then peskar Mr. Mani who deliberately and will-fully got the record of Jamabandi case no. 6 of 2003-2004 lost/misplaced removed for their personal gain." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the RespondentState submits that an F.I.R. bearing Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11251 of 2023(6) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 Case No. 955 of 2023 has already been instituted and investigation is going on as far as the then Peskar of Respondent No. 4 is concerned.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if it be so, the present writ petition be disposed off. 4.
