Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Udwant Nagar (Gajrajganj) P.S. Case No. 367 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has falsely been implicated in the present case. The fact is that the officials had wrongly mentioned the name of 'Mishrawaliya Mushahat Tola' in place of 'Malaur' due to which her salary has been stooped. The petitioner then filed C.W.J.C. No. 18744 of 2015 against stoppage of her salary. She also filed a number of complaints before the Collector, Superintendent of Police and the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8715 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 Director of Bihar Education Project for making enquiry. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar (Gajrajganj) P.S. Case No. 367 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
