2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to communication gap and inadvertence, it was stated in the petition that the petitioner has 11 criminal antecedents whereas the petitioner has altogether 13 criminal antecedents which has been indicated in paragraph no. 3 of the modification application and he is on bail in the said cases.

3. In such view of the matter, paragraph no. 5 of order dated 12.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13494 of 2025 may be read as that the petitioner has as many as 13 criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50084 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 antecedents in which he is on bail in the aforesaid cases.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the instant modification applications is allowed and the time to surrender and furnishing bail bonds granted to the petitioner in terms of order dated 12.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13494 of 2025 is extended by another three weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
