The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the Court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, an informatary petition has been lodged by the petitioner prior to lodging of this case. The Xerox copy thereof has been annexed at page no. 24 and in paragraph no. 4, it has been mentioned that the victim threatened him to commit suicide and also to lodge the FIR and also she abused him.

Paragraph 17 of the case diary contains the supervision note of the Dy.S.P, which shows that during the course of investigation, it came to the light that when the petitioner heard the information of marriage of the victim, he became furious and he made viral, the photograph of the victim on the face-book, twitter etc., which shows his intention to mentally harass the victim making hindrance in her marriage. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, I do not think it a fit case for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
