2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 118(1), 109, 3(5) of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Nautan P.S.Case No. 83/2025.

3. As per allegation, while the informant with his other friends were engaged in buying some household articles, the petitioner, Pankaj Yadav, Dhananjay Yadav with other unidentified persons, riding the two motor-cycles, opened fire at him, but he escaped unhurt.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. It is further submitted that there is allegation of indiscriminate

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail by submitting that except two excise cases mentioned in para-3 of the bail petition, one case is also pending against the petitioner under Section 307 of the IPC, which has been suppressed by the petitioner in para-3 of his bail petition, to which the learned counsel for the petitioner replied that it is not a suppression of fact, rather it has been supplemented by a supplementary affidavit.

6. There is allegation of indiscriminate firing, but none has suffered any kind of injury.

7. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Nautan P.S.Case No. 83/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS.

8. The petitioner shall remain present physically before the learned court below on each and every date till framing of charges.
