The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 185 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 354A, 328 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that this petitioner caught hold the informant and forcibly got her to drink some mixed water from small bottle and fled away by opening the main door. She has stated in the written report itself that petitioner is son of her gotiya. It is further alleged that after some time, she started vomiting and felt uneasiness then her father called village doctor, who advised to get her better treatment. Thereafter, her father brought her to Sadar Hospital, Sasaram, where she was treated.

Besides such general allegation against the petitioner to put mixed water in her mouth forcibly, no other specific allegation is levelled against this petitioner. In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed.

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 185 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
