JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 19-11-2019 Through the present appeal, the appellant has prayed for setting aside the judgement dated 09.01.2018 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Aahsanuddin Amanullah in C.W.J.C. No.884 of 2015, whereby and whereunder the relief sought was for quashing the Memo. No.5279 dated 08.11.2014 passed by District Education Officer, Siwan and District Programme Officer, Siwan by which the service of Appellant from the post of Teacher of Upgraded Middle School, Kailkhud Barharia, District- Siwan has been terminated.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal reserving liberty to file a review petition in accordance with law.

Prayer allowed.

The period for which the appellant has been pursuing the present appeal shall not be counted for the purposes of limitation.

We clarify that we have not dealt with the issue on merits.
