This application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 1775 of 2015 which stood dismissed against the respondent nos. 7 to 15 therein for non compliance of order dated 10.9.2015. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that requisites filed after delay of about one week in the facts and circumstances mentioned in this application. On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application explaining omission on part of the petitioner, the date of compliance of order dated 10.9.2015 is extended till 22.9.2015 and the C.W.J.C.
