The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sikandra P.S. Case No.20 of 2017 registered under Sections 120(B), 201 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 9 of Wild Life Protection Act.
The informant alleged that he got information about the killing of a dear but nobody disclosed about the incident. On the next day, when he inquired from the villagers, the villagers disclosed the name of the petitioner and two others. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence. The name of the petitioner figured in the case on mere suspicion. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20417 of 2018 (3) dt.17-05-2018 enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 06.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35254 of 2017.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S.
