The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 184 of 2018 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the elder brother-in-law of the deceased and does not reside in the same house, all the family members have been made accused.

Having noticed the aforesaid facts and taking into consideration the nature of allegations, I am inclined to allow the petitioners on bail, in the event of arrest they shall be
