1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application challenging the order of termination from the post of "Prakhand Teacher" posted at Upgraded Middle School, Malhani Tola, Hasna, District- Supaul.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of filing of writ application, the District Teachers Appellate Authority was not functioning in the Supaul District.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that now the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13335 of 2019(3) dt.21-12-2023 2/2 District Teachers Appellate Authority is functioning in Supaul District.

5. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order before the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Supaul by filing an appropriate appeal.

6. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of one month from today along with petition for condonation of delay, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed within a period of six months from today.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
