The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 196 of 2021 registered under Sections 39(1), 56 of Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2019. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the names of the petitioners dragged in the present case merely on suspicion.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54274 of 2021(2) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Bhagalpur in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 196 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
