The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 313, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner made physical relation with the informant on the pretext of marriage. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. The police after investigation submitted final form but differing with the same, the learned court below took cognizance. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45121 of 2022(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
