2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 354, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case , on 22.03.2024 at about 7:30 P . M all the F.I.R., named accused persons including these petitioners entered the house of informant and assaulted informant and his family members by lathi, snatched gold earring and when police party came they pelted stones, bricks and fled away .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to petty dispute between both the parties a simple scuffle took place between them. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and there is no injury report on record. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 174 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
